Once you have entered the magical space of Essence and Soul Therapy’s studio, you will be greeted by Daniela with a warm smile and a CUP OF HERBAL TEA made of refreshing spearmint and deeply grounding liquorice and valerian.
Your journey of reflection and going within will then BEGIN with a WHOLE BODY SCAN, supported by Daniela hands guiding you with THERAPEUTIC TOUCH – all while you are comfortably positioned on the massage bed. The mediation will enable you to gradually leave your day-to-day life behind, just for a little while, and enter a space of contemplation.
Daniela will encourage you to SET AN INTENTION for your treatment – perhaps a question, something you want to reflect on, or explore about yourself? Reflect on the year that is coming to an end and prepare for the new year ahead. You are in control; your intention will guide you to what you need to know right now.
With your intention in mind, Daniela will begin to give you a FULL BODY MASSAGE, starting with your feet and legs to draw earth energy up into your body. Applying aspects from the SAMVAHAN healing tradition and by releasing your myofascial structures, the treatment aims to gently RESOLVE long standing restrictions with slow and gentle strokes. You may notice that the massage brings up memories and with it increases clarity about the questions you have phrased earlier on.
AROMATHERAPY OILS used for this treatment will assist you along your journey. Luxurious Jojoba oil infused with 100% essential oil of FRANKINCENSE to expand consciousness, CLARY SAGE to bring you closer in touch with dream land and open you up for a spiritual experience, LAVENDER to help wash away past habits and open you up to new possibilities, and MANDARIN for its uplifting quality helping to release anxiety.
The treatment will close with some quiet time to yourself that you can use for JOURNALLING, or to talk about your experience. Your treatment, your choice.
